The Tournament Trilogy

The Tournament Trilogy follows the rise of the Tournament, a secretive, state-sponsored war game...and the stakes couldn't be higher. This collection contains the first three books in the series and is over 1000 pages of conspiracy, warfare, and murder! A Kindle Top 50 Bestseller!

Blue Fall (Book 1)

If you knew about the Tournament, you'd know why they want it kept secret. People don't like to hear that state-sponsored war games are going on under their noses, in their cities, and on their streets. The world isn't ready to know that the most powerful among us can shape the future by wagering on these fights. People wouldn't understand if they learned that teams in the Tournament have the freedom to do almost anything, anywhere, to win.

The Tournament was supposed to be the perfect game, and the perfect secret. Frank Youngsmith, a hapless insurance agent, was supposed to be a nobody, none the wiser. But sometimes things just don't work out like they're supposed to. When Frank stumbles into the dark world of the Tournament when the game is on, it's up to him to expose the secret...or die trying.

Grey Winter (Book 2)

Two players have been murdered. Two killers are on the loose. Nothing is what it seems.

The world is awake now. The Tournament has captivated everyone, but no winner can be declared until the mystery of what happened to Team Blue is solved. Meanwhile, three new players are chosen to rebuild the fallen team, but they are young and inexperienced, and instantly targeted. Their survival is dependent upon their existence remaining a secret. But in the Tournament, secrets are hard to keep.

New alliances are formed, old enemies are confronted, and the truth is finally revealed in Grey Winter.

Black Spring (Book 3)

The Black House gathers power and the remaining teams are divided. The Tournament will fall into the hands of Eddie Mazaryk and Team Black unless Ellie Willmore and Team Blue can stop them. But to stop Black, Ellie needs to pull off a miracle: unite sworn enemies to beat the best of the best.

The stakes have never been higher. The winners own the Tournament. The losers forfeit everything...even their lives.

Ties of friendship, love, and hate are put to the test under a hail of gunfire in Black Spring, the spectacular conclusion to The Tournament Trilogy.

The Ravagers Box Set: Episodes 1-3

In the distant future, humanity staggers against wave after wave of population decimating catastrophes, and hope fades as the extinction point draws near.

They find a time capsule carrying with it the knowledge of the past, technology that allows them to rise above their meager existence. Within a few generations, they've built walled cities to protect them from predators they'd learned to fear, bustling commerce, and telecommunications capabilities that connect people and businesses.

They've also restored the means to make war. Two great factions control East and West, each preparing to fight while hoping war never comes. Humanity wouldn't dare fight a great war so soon after nearing extinction.

But there are some who would prefer those astonishingly low population counts. And they'll unleash a weapon unlike any other in human history to achieve those ends.

Five people with varying levels of knowledge and responsibility of those plans live their last normal day, unaware that they'll be fighting for their lives against a weapon which cannot be stopped.

But somehow, they'll all need to figure out how to survive the unleashing of... the Ravagers.

The Decryption Engine

Consensus: Part 1 - Citizen: Volume 1

In a society where morals are determined by a public opinion system, and social rating is the currency, truth can be a dangerous notion. Sixteen-year-old Rena has few memories of her childhood before adoption. A forest teeming with wildlife. Mountains reaching up to a blue sky. The voice of the man who raised her. The problem-they're not real. Such things don't exist in Esh, a self-governed metropolis shielded from the harsh environment by a transparent canopy. And beyond the city is only the Barrens, an endless wasteland of fog and freezing rain. When Rena's violent instincts save the lives of her friends, her delusional past begins disrupting her prospects for the future. To find the source of her impulses, she'll have to sort through the fragments in her mind. But what awaits is a connection between her true identity, the city's forgotten past, and the secret war being waged beneath the surface of her polite society.

The Islamic State of London: Muslim extremists have nuked London and the country is at war. The controversial page turner thriller starts here. (Blue Eyed Infidel Book 1)

The controversial and exciting thriller about Islamic Extremism in the UK, a debut book written by an ex-cyber analyst and security services field operative.

"Wow, so much in this book! Controversy, action, epic story and it's really quite funny too!"

"Seriously big ideas, but boy, what an entertaining book!"

Author's note...

Never mind Fake News, how about reading a thriller about a Fake Future?

In May 2017, a young Muslim man blew himself up in Manchester in the North of England, killing young girls and families at a pop concert. Barely a week later, three more Muslims ran into a London marketplace with knives, and started killing people 'For Allah.' They were all inspired by, and following the lead of ISIS.

Twitter was alive with pro-ISIS comments promising an Islamic State was going to emerge in London as the Muslim population keeps growing far faster than any other groups, and more young men sign up to extremism.

But will it happen? When London becomes a Muslim city, will it be a peaceful place, or will it descend into an ISIS like level of extremism?

Nobody knows, but what a great topic for a cracking action-packed story!

In Blue Eyed Infidel, Islamic Extremists have set off a nuclear bomb in London, and declared an Islamic State of London. They want to destroy all remaining British people, starting with a suicide bomb attack on the Royal Family.

Adam Ali, the son of a sex slave and unwilling member of the Islamic State of London is about to be dragged into something that will completely change not just his life, but maybe the war as a whole...

So, a controversial topic, but first and foremost it's a fast-paced debut thriller, with a ton of amazing ideas, elements of sci-fi, action-packed scenes, and later on some pretty raunchy scenes too... It's extremely easy to read, with characters you'll love and hate in equal measure. Give it a go... see what the fuss is about. Why not?

Interview with the author

Why don't you have a photo?

I can't without breaking the Official Secrets Act.

Also my mum back in Wales told me I have to stay incognito after I was shot, and I don't want to give her any stress. She's over 70 now and deserves some peace.

Why should anyone read your books?

Because I look so damned dashing in my picture of course ! When I was in warzones dealing with ISIS, (which is 99% boredom, 1% insanity) I read a lot of thrillers, and found myself skipping pages and getting bored with a lot of them because they just followed a tedious formula and all seemed more or less the same. So, I've made every effort to write books that I'd like to read myself and that are definitely not boring or predictable! My books are absolute corking twisted thrillers, crazy political satires, and total page turner thrillers that are action packed and race along. You won't skip a single word, and if you can guess the ending... I'll go out and buy a hat just so I can eat it!

Also, each of my books is divided into short read volumes you can bash through in an hour or two each. Ideal for commuting, or chilling out. Things happen quickly and there are a lot of cliff hangers.

I love things which are imaginative, controversial and don't play by the rules but still have a massive impact. Movies like Rebel Without a Cause, Terminator, Requiem for a Dream, books like Catch 22, TV shows like Star Trek, (yup it was controversial once!) My books try to be the same. The difference is I write about things people talk about at dinner, but don't feel comfortable talking about in public. So, yes that does include things like Islamic extremism, political correctness, global politics and lots more.

Sounds like you don't like Islam!

The hero of my book is a Muslim and he's a good guy. In theory, Islam really SHOULD be a religion of peace, but in practice it isn't, is it?

Ure Infectus: The Chimera Adjustment: Book One (Imperium Cicernus 1)

In the far future, humanity has settled the stars of our galaxy and formed an Imperium which stands uncontested as the greatest known civilization. A network of wormholes connects the far-flung segments of humanity, allowing virtually instantaneous travel between Star Systems connected by this vast, invaluable network.

But what happens when one of those wormholes collapses and an entire Sector of relatively poor worlds is left to fend for itself without support, without guidance, and without the vast infrastructure of the Imperium available to its citizens? What might such a society look like after two centuries of independence, having been left to devise their own culture, values, and government?

Welcome to the Chimera Sector.

The citizens of this seemingly-forgotten splinter of the Imperium hold one belief above all others: Only when the leaders fear the voters as much as the voters fear the leaders can harmony be achieved.

To achieve this harmony, a special type of guild was created called the Timent Electorum. The operatives of this guild -- called 'Adjusters' -- work at the behest of the voting public, and exclusively punish political corruption, tyranny, and treason with the ultimate sanction: assassination.

This is the story of one such Adjuster, Jericho, who forges an unlikely alliance with an urban detective, Masozi, whose steadfast adherence to the Sector's core principles have placed her in harm's way. Acting together in a tenuous alliance, they will follow a trail of corruption across the Virgin Star System and witness the birth of a conflict which will forever change them -- along with the entire Chimera Sector.

If sleeping meant dying, could you stay awake forever?

Jennifer Prescott is the commander of the Texas. She's hauled on the big starship for as long as anyone that matters. On a routine voyage, things start to go wrong. For starters? There's that damned sound. It's everywhere, making the Texas shake like a terrified child.

If it was just the sound, it'd mean a call to maintenance. Hard words for a soft set of hands. And that's how Jennifer had started fixing things. And how she'd continued, right up until people started dying.

Flying through the hard black where a thin sliver of metal is all that's between you and the void, can Jennifer keep the crew alive -- and awake -- long enough to get to safe harbor?

Sleepless was one of the first stories I wrote when finding my writer's legs. A couple of friends asked me about it, and then told me they could stand to see a little more. It's the work that inspired the upcoming Tyche's Journey trilogy. There are definitely copies of it out there in the wild, but they're rare enough to make you feel like the Chosen One if you find 'em. While short, this is sweet -- a perfect accessory to those completists out there. I've given it a quick edit but have left it more or less how it all started. I'd write it differently now, but let's not do a Han-shot-second and screw it up, yeah? I hope you all enjoy it!
